1. Our Commitment to Customers
At Gadisarp, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent e-commerce experience that places customer satisfaction at the forefront. As we operate under a participatory model that empowers consumers to become merchants and shareholders, we ensure that the rights of all parties are protected within a cooperative environment built on trust and responsibility.

2. Product Return Policy
1. Return Period
A return request may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the conditions outlined below are met.

The product is unused.

It is in its original condition without damage or modification.

It is accompanied by all accessories and original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made or personalized products.

Discounted items marked as part of special offers at the time of purchase.

Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.

4. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order number or electronic invoice) must be provided when submitting a return request.

6. Request Processing
Return requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days, and the customer will receive shipping instructions.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), Gadisarp will cover the shipping cost.

7. Refund Process
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product is inspected.

If platform credit was used, the amount will be refunded to the user’s account balance.

3. Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Services
Once the service has begun (e.g., shipping initiated or subscription activated), it is considered partially or fully consumed and is non-refundable, unless there is a proven error or fault on our part.

2. Canceling a Service Before Execution
Service-related orders may be canceled before execution begins by contacting our support team. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable administrative fees.

3. Investment Subscriptions
Investment subscriptions are governed by a separate agreement signed at the time of subscription, which includes specific terms regarding cancellation and refunds. Please refer to your subscription contract or contact us to request a copy.
🟢 A shareholder in the investment program has the right to withdraw and request a refund of the $50 subscription fee within a maximum period of 60 days from the subscription date, provided that no profits have been earned and no platform benefits have been utilized.

4. Merchant Responsibilities on the Platform
Every seller or investor operating within the Gadisarp ecosystem is required to comply with the platform’s policies, including this Refund Policy, to ensure transparency and consumer protection.

5. Gadisarp’s Rights
Gadisarp – EcoTrade reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated above or if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or abuse of the return policy.
